VS X - Beta Notices
Thank you for participating in Visualsoft’s BETA programme for “VS X” - Visualsoft’s new platform.
The introduction of "VS X" marks the debut of our brand new platform, where the "X" signifies a departure from the traditional numerical naming of our previous versions, and a complete rethink of what an eCommerce platform should be.
"VS X" is not just an update but an entirely new product, designed from scratch whilst running alongside your existing admin. Built on a cutting-edge multi-tenant architecture, "VS X" offers a fresh, modern and streamlined user experience. VS X features a stunning redesigned interface whilst introducing brand new functionality, all crafted to simplify and improve your retail and customer service capabilities like never before.
VS X is rolling out in a series of Beta phases, area by area, through monthly releases. These releases allow you to preview new software in it’s early stages before it is Generally available. The “Announcements” section of your existing admin panel (denoted by the “notification” bell) alerts you to any recent changes just released.
As BETA software is “early software”, there are some considerations you should be aware of as a precursor to use. By its definition, BETA software is not designed to be complete or finessed, without issues, without errors or have the same operational warranties as GENERALLY AVAILABLE software. The goal of BETA software is to allow you to play with, use and feedback on new software as early in the software development lifecycle as possible. This allows us to build products as close to clients' needs as possible
Each area currently available in Beta has a notice which covers any known omissions or errors. You can find these notices below
We’d love your input, feedback and thoughts as we continue to develop VS X. Please engage with your Client Success Manager on your use of VS X - or let us know directly using one of the mechanisms below.
