Introduce a Friend is not showing in customer accounts
Issue
A customer is unable to find the area to refer a friend within their account.
Environment
Requires the Introduce a Friend
feature to be fully integrated on a Visualsoft VS3 site.
Resolution
Upon logging into their account through the front end of your site, an option will be present titled 'Refer A Friend'. The customer should click this option, and enter the name and e-mail address of the customer they would like to refer:
If this is not showing in the customer's account it is likely the Introduce a Friend
module is not enabled. Please request this feature through your support portal.
