Unable to log in

Issue Description

You are unable to log in to your site when you attempt to do so. You will, typically, have one of the following which is preventing you from gaining access:

HT Access

The first line of security on your site. This requires a site-wide username and password to access.

Incorrect Log-In Details

This is the second line of security on your site, with login details being person-specific.

HT Access

  • Speak with your internal administrator first - these details should be documented

  • If they’re not available you or a member of your team with support access will need to create a Technical Support ticket to gain the details needed

Incorrect Log-In Details

  • First speak to your internal administrator or a member of the team - they can reset your password by going to Settings > Manage Admin Users

  • If they’re unable to do so, you or a member of your team with support access will need to create a Technical Support ticket to gain the details needed
