Overview

With our Hermes Courier Export feature, you can bulk export selected order details from your store’s admin system into a CSV file, which you can then send to Hermes to enable the courier to deliver the related orders. Once a CSV file has been generated, you can also mark all of the orders it includes as dispatched, in one single action.

Exporting your orders

To export your orders to allow them to be imported to the Hermes/Everi dashboard, you will need to go to your orders section on the left-hand menu, followed by View Orders

Once you are in your orders section, you will want to tick all the orders you would like to send and export over to your Hermes/Everi dashboard. Once they are ticked, using the dropdown at the top of the page, you will want to click Add to MyHermes Dispatch List.

Once you have ticked the orders you would like to export to MyHermes/Everi you will automatically be taken to the My Hermes Dispatch List, but this can also be found on the left-hand side.

Here you will see the orders you have just added to the dispatch list, where you can remove any you have added in error, but once you are happy to export the data, you can click the Download Orders.

Adding the Import to MyHermes/Everi

Once you downloaded the file, you will need to log in to your My Hermes/Everi account which you can do here.

Once you have logged in, you will be able to import the file you downloaded from the Visualsoft Admin.

Marking the orders as Dispatched

Once you have completed the import and are ready to mark the orders as dispatched, you will need to go back to the My Hermes Dispatch List (If you never left this page, you will need to refresh the page). You will now see there is a button to mark the orders as dispatched.
