Your eBay Shop comes with plenty of options to help you set it up to suit your business. If you need to take a break from your Shop for any reason, you can put it on holiday and hide your fixed-price listings so no one will be waiting for items you can't post on time. It's easy to put your Shop on holiday if you need to be away for a while.
To put your eBay store into holiday mode, first, you would log into 'My eBay' - https://my.ebay.co.uk/ - you can see a direct link to the settings page here - eBay Holiday Mode Settings

From the eBay Seller Hub - https://www.ebay.co.uk/sh/ovw look for the 'Selling Tools' Box:
