eBay: eBay is no longer syncing - Token Renewal

Overview

eBay tokens that allow Visualsoft access to its data to be displayed in the Admin page can expire for 2 reasons, either:

1. After a certain length of time (usually 18 to 24 months)

2. If eBay expires this due to a perceived security issue, such as a number of failed login attempts. 

You will receive an email notification to your site email address when this happens. This will mean that we no longer have authorisation to connect to your account - orders will fail to import and any stock or price updates cannot go through. 

How to renew your token

In order to renew your token, go to Channels followed by eBay then finally Manage eBay Stores on the left-hand side of your Visualsoft Platform.

Click on Manage next to your store. You should see an option to 'Grant Visualsoft Permission'. 

Please follow the instructions in the yellow box to grant us API access. Once completed normal service should resume.

Summary
